
Stress affects our mental fitness. It replaces (is that right because kills doesn't sound right?) neurons and affects crucial functions of memory, reducing mental performance. Stress damages the brain health and it is important, especially for older people, to understand the stress factors and find ways to minimize them.

Está demostrado que los procesos creativos afectan positivamente a los indicadores de salud mental y fisiológica. Los niños no son los únicos que pueden beneficiarse de las actividades creativas como son el arte, la escritura, el baile o el reciclaje de objetos antiguos con usos nuevos. La creatividad no tiene edad.
