Social relationships are the basis of wellbeing by making us stronger, more balanced and happy, at the same time often more resistant to difficulties. It might be surprising but mental fitness starts here. Without social interaction, we can’t be as fit mentally as we could and would like to be. In our meeting room you will find some good starting points to become a mentally fit ‘social being’.
