Psychological background

You will find different kinds of games focusing on and exercising different brain functions in each Game Room. This menu will provide more detailed information about cognitive functions which can develop by means of the given exercise.

 

The Online Games are intended to make you use your mind and body in what might possibly be new ways. To achieve optimal performance, they can and should be incorporated into your daily routines. By building our physical, social, emotional and mental fitness, we can build neural (brain) pathways that reinforce our capabilities in each of these areas and move us towards overall better performance and greater resilience.
